Work Experience

From brewing beer (Paulaner), Telecoms (ETH AG), IT equipment (Aspect), Holger is engaged since 2006 in transforming healthcare through digital workflows (Cerner, Ascom). Always turning technology into process and workflow. Holger speaks three languages, lived in four countries and did business across the globe. As FD, GM, COO and CEO he has experience in many healthcare systems and markets, across the entire spectrum of healthcare IT and has managed marketing, sales, delivery and support of solution businesses across many time-zones. Transforming organisations is as much a management as a cultural exercise for him. With his roots in financial controlling he drives growth through numbers and still always goes into the deep end. Education

Holger studied history and economics in Germany and France and never lost the passion for the structures behind the obvious, the sources that feed results, the mechanics that contain downstream flows. Good decisions are rooted in understanding choices, not desires.
